There is no excuse for filthy tools, dirty beds and work surfaces, and general unsanitary practices to ever be a part of your body waxing experience.
We promise that you will never see these waxing faux pas with us and that our hands are washed, tools are never double-dipped, equipment is sanitized, and rooms are kept clean and tidy.

Referring to hair & stubble left behind, this concern is the result of a rushed service, incorrect wax formula, lack of training, and lack of communication regarding pre & post wax care.
Our team is booked ample time for each waxing service to really take care of you and your skin, working meticulously to ensure you get the best and longest lasting results possible.
Our custom hard wax blend works perfectly in our environment to ensure hair is removed from the follicle and not broken at the surface. The formula is gentle enough to wax the same area twice if needed, and no pain is felt unless hair is being removed as our wax does not adhere to the skin. Remaining hairs, if any, are tweezed.

3. POST WAX IRRITATION & DREADED “STRAWBERRY SKIN”
Razor burn should only be experienced after using a razor, not wax. While it is normal to experience some redness or mild tenderness for the hour or so immediately after your service, you should not have to deal with long lasting bumps, ingrown hairs, soreness, or that “strawberry skin” stubble.
Many of these issues are the result of improperly removed or broken hairs, lack of skin prep or post wax treatment, lack of communication, and poorly managed expectations & aftercare instructions.
Each waxing appointment with us begins with a hair & skin softening pre-cleanse, and mild exfoliation using Fur Professional’s Silk Scrub and hot towel treatment.
The appointment ends with microbe-eliminating high frequency therapy and moisturizing Fur Oil Ingrown treatment.

As previously stated, we book ample time to ensure we can understand and treat your needs. Before the end of your appointment with us, an aftercare plan specific to your needs is then discussed with a selection of retail items to take home that will ensure the continued health and “smoothness” of your skin post wax.
